59 Bogart’s facade is defined by its industrial design dating back to 1931. Inside, you will find brand new renovations that not only accentuate the exposed concrete, open space, and soaring windows of the original design but also update the building’s appliances and energy efficiency. Our main objective is to create a green space that simultaneously improves the experience of living in an urban home.
We provide innovative energy resource solutions to make a positive environmental impact for our residents and for our neighborhood.
Our latest initiative to continue to lower the environmental footprint is measuring the amount of waste produced by our the tenants. We have designed TIMM (Trash Impact Management Machine) that incorporates a smart scale that will periodically send us data. Once we have collected the data, we want to find the patterns of waste production and find a way to encourage our tenants to reduce the amount of waste they produce.
